Sup?

Hi there, Hello, good-day to all. Come with me on my journey for Culinary glory. Well, not that, more other stuff, weird stuff, identifying science in todays supermarkets, like xanthan gum in Tesco! I was so chuffed! Anyway, I will remain elusive, I will not state my name, yet, but I will be as interactive than a PS3 *laughs quietly*. I am a Molecular Gastronomist, just so y'know, i'm a bit of a nerd. But so what! We shall start soon. I'm getting some Alginate and CaCL2 at Christmas. Then the experiments begin.
